This rundown motel is a low polygon model, created for real-time interactivity in Unity.
These are screenshots taken directly from Unity with no light source; I created all the
lighting effects in Max with lightmaps. A single texture sheet provides the detail for all
objects except the floor, ceiling, and walls - which use tiling textures.
The polygon count includes hallway areas not shown here. 2D calendar and poster art
